ЦК против повышения числа студентов на одного преподавателя |

Письмо было отправлено ЦК Профсоюза 10 апреля. Так же было отмечено, что согласно президентскому указу был разработан Национальный план действий, результатом которого должен стать показатель в 18 студентов на одного преподавателя университета. На сегодняшний день степень загруженности составляет 10 человек на одного педагога, поэтому такой план действий отрицательно повлияет на преподавательский состав и приведет к тому, что достаточно квалифицированные и опытные педагоги могут потерять работу по основной специальности. Так же негативным моментом повышения числа студентов на одного преподавателя до 18 человек может стать и ухудшение качества преподавания, что скажется непосредственно на уровне знаний выпускаемых специалистов. В тоже время, как считают в профсоюзе, такие изменения противоречат цели, поставленной Программой экономических реформ на ближайшие несколько лет, которая предусматривает сохранение и развития человеческого капитала через увеличение доступности и качества образования, а так же уровня социальной защищенности. Представители ЦК профсоюза вынесли вопрос о введении таких норм на обсуждение советом ректоров и обратились к недопущению из введения. |
В письме, адресованном руководителям региональных профсоюзных организаций, содержится просьба о более детальном и внимательном процессе организации преподавательской работы в вузах, а так же урегулирования норматива числа студентов, приходящихся на одного преподавателя, слежением за этим показателем и исключением возможностей его роста.
